Myrtle Beach, SC, September 26, 2023 – Myrtle Beach couple, Ashley and Isaac Larrowe, are celebrating growing their vacation rental management business from one condo to 400 homes in just six years.

The couple has recently moved their business across to the national vacation rental franchise brand, Casago, to form Casago Myrtle Beach with plans to more than double in size over the next five years with homes across Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach.

In 2013, the Larrowes bought an investment condo in downtown Myrtle Beach in order to provide a nest egg for their family. Frustrated with the service they were getting from their onsite management company, the couple decided to take on the management and marketing of the property themselves. 

In a short period of time, their neighbors, seeing the higher returns the Larrowes were getting on their investment, asked them to take over the management of their condos. Through word-of-mouth referrals, the business quickly grew, with Ashley quitting her job in healthcare to run the company in July 2016.

The Larrowes now employ a team of 35 locals in functions across housekeeping, operations, customer service, owner management, and marketing. Isaac Larrowe retrained to be a realtor, further expanding Casago Myrtle Beach’s offering to investment owners in the area.

The couple credits Gary Vanyerchuk’s passion and business mindset as an inspiration for their business. In 2018, the Larrowes spent two days in New York City, finally meeting the serial entrepreneur and speaking to him about their business journey. Mr. Vanyerchuk told them that whenever they make connections with an owner or a lead, they should ‘go all in for them’ and do their utmost to make every interaction with them a positive experience. This has translated into the Larrowes’ being passionately owner-centric in everything they do. 

The Larrowes chose to join Casago because of the support, education and additional tools available through the brand. Over the last two years, Casago, has more than doubled its territories across the United States and Mexico, and has developed a network of local hospitality providers that are owner-operated in a string of top leisure destinations.

Casago is unusual in that it is one of the few property management companies (PMCs) to operate a successful franchise model in the vacation rental sector. And, unlike most traditional franchise operations, the company has attracted many existing vacation rental business owners, like the Larrowe’s, PMCs like these make up half of Casago’s pipeline of new destinations.
