Locally Owned and Managed Vacation Homes You Can Trust

Hi, I’m Shannon Rose and I’m someone who absolutely loves home decor and remodeling!

In fact, my entrepreneurial journey started with a charming brick-and-mortar home decor and gift store that I owned for five years. This experience was the stepping stone to my first investment property, a place that needed a lot of love and remodeling.

This exciting project ignited in me a newfound passion for buying, renovating, and selling homes. Over the next five years, several of these lovingly refurbished properties transitioned into cozy vacation rentals.

As these homes found new owners that appreciated the ready-to-move-in approach, they continued to use them as short-term rentals. But when my trusted local property management company was acquired by an international firm, I noticed a significant gap in the market—a need for a reliable, local management company. Hence, HLVR was born out of a desire to fill this void.

Having spent a decade as a homeowner in the vacation rental industry, and a year managing my own property management company (HLVR) I can honestly say that hosting these homes brings me immense joy. The relationships I’ve built with homeowners are rewarding, and the interactions with customers are always delightful. Plus, it allows me to showcase my decorating ideas.

At HLVR, we go beyond providing a vacation rental; we aim to make our guests feel like part of our family. We want each guest to know how much we value and appreciate their choice to stay with us. And our partnership with Casago aligns perfectly with our commitment to growth and refining our operations. Together, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences in the vacation rental industry.

Here’s to creating beautiful memories together!
