Hey y’all, we’re Brannon & Wendi Hightower, a couple who found each other 28 years ago in college. Our shared journey led us to purchase Frio River Resorts in 2018, a family-owned enterprise founded by Brannon’s parents nearly 20 years ago.
Previously, Brannon honed his technical acumen as a software developer, while Wendi excelled in the realms of asset and property management across various sectors.
We live in Concan full-time and take great pride in being active contributors to our local community. Our involvement ranges from serving on local boards to volunteering for organizations like the Concan Volunteer Fire Department and the Texas Hill Country River Region – a visitor center funded through County Hotel Occupancy Tax collections. You may have spotted us on River Road during our Sunday “Fill The Boot” fundraising campaigns for the Fire Department, or relishing a meal at local hotspots like Neal’s or House Pasture.
We believe in a hands-on approach to managing our property and guests. This allows us to respond promptly and effectively to our owners and guests alike. Our deep-rooted knowledge of the market and the community enables us to guide everyone towards an optimal Concan experience.
Excitingly, we’re integrating with Casago, opening up new opportunities beyond our local market. This partnership will create a broader network for our guests seeking adventures in different destinations.
Join us in Frio River Texas powered by Casago, where exceptional service meets community spirit, for an unforgettable experience. Let’s explore together!
