Nick is a husband and father of three. He and his wife, Melissa, are serial travelers who have stayed in vacation homes all over, giving them a sharp sense of what separates a good stay from a great one. Gemma and James are vacation rental homeowners, operators, and parents of four. While Gemma has lived and worked in California, James grew up in Northern California and spent much of his childhood playing soccer up and down the coast, from Bodega Bay to Eureka. James and Nick have also worked side-by-side for more than a decade, bringing a strong operating partnership and shared trust to this next chapter.
