Meet Carlos Corzo

Carlos Corzo is an effective entrepreneur with ample experience in diverse leadership roles. Carlos is currently serving as CEO of Guest Ranger, providing advanced guest screening and verification through AI technology for property management companies.

As an honors graduate from Arizona State University (ASU), Carlos received a Bachelors in Computer Systems Engineering. He went on to obtain his Masters degrees in Computer Science and a Masters in Business from the W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU.

After graduation, Carlos went on to work at Motorola in a special program that brought together elite college graduates. He rotated through different business units to gain real-world experience and a deeper understanding of operational efficiency. Carlos eventually settled into a role as a project manager in their RF division (mobile transistors). After several years in the RF industry, Carlos ventured out on his own with other serial entrepreneurs he met during Motorola’s elite rotation program. They built a successful software company (Lurus) delivering cutting-edge web and search engine solutions prior to Carlos’s shift into the hospitality space.

Carlos’ storied career also spans decades of successfully developing and leading companies that have greatly enhanced travel experiences in the vacation rental industry. In 1999, Carlos first entered the travel industry by establishing a premiere travel agency on the sandy shores of Puerto Peñasco on the Sea of Cortez in northern Mexico. He quickly became a technological leader in Puerto Peñasco, a pioneer of online booking engines, and an authority in search engine optimization.

After years of experience in the travel industry, Carlos realized there was a need for a property management software system engineered and designed by property managers. Bringing together the best minds in the vacation rental industry, he founded and led Streamline Property Management Software as their CEO. In 2010, Carlos also partnered to build Park City Vacation Rentals and expand his expertise in property management and customer service excellence. Today, Streamline is the industry leader in property management software.
