Rack up the pool table, claim the top score on the pinball machine, watch movies on the 65in flat-screen TV, or take a dip in the saltwater pool and spa. Our house is packed with fun activities including a putting green, four beach cruiser bikes, games, and many luxury amenities!

Our superb central location also puts you right at the heart of Palm Deserts' endless attractions! Take a short drive to the theatre, cinema, casino, golf, tennis, and the zoo. And be sure to hit the upscale restaurants, cafes, and designer stores of El Paseo -- within walking distance.

THE HOUSE

Make the most of the fabulous outdoor areas. Enjoy the privacy of the front courtyard, with its beautiful mountain views, or gaze at the evening stars around the large fire pit. Take a dip in the 8 ft deep saltwater pool or float the day away on the many pool rafts. Heat up the spa or practice your short game on the 4-hole putting green, day or night.

Relax in the hammock under a large palm tree or relive your childhood playing a friendly game of tetherball. The outdoor table seats six and an additional five lounge chairs, a double lounger, as well as four low profile pool chairs provide seating for everyone.

Natural light flows into the main living area that doubles as a game room. Get competitive with a tournament on the pool table or spend the evening playing for the top score on the pinball machine. A small office area is a welcoming space for work or study with a little privacy.

A stacked stone wall splits the main living area from the second living space with a comfy sofa and a 65in flat-screen TV.

When dinner time beckons, grab a spot at the rustic farm table in the dining area. With two chunky benches, there's room for everyone.

Steps away from the dining area is a newly updated kitchen outfitted with pristine marble countertops, plank tile floors, and stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar with seating for three is the perfect spot for coffee and pancakes.

The master bedroom has a rustic California king bed, an accent chair, and a 55in flat-screen TV, while sliding doors offer easy access to the backyard pool, spa, and hammock. In the morning, stroll into your own large walk-in shower, complete with a rainfall showerhead.

Across from the master is the second bedroom with a queen and twin bed. The third bedroom is complete with a twin trundle and an en-suite bath.

The large laundry room is complete with top of the line washer and dryer and folding counter.

We had a few minor issues upon arrival (no hangers, difficulty accessing the property) but management was responsive and did assist in a timely manner. The house is showing signs of wear and tear especially in the kitchen which is listed as “newly updated”. The fireplace is non-working and this should be identified. Similarly, there is no tetherball, and there are only four pool loungers, not five. The internet is slow/poor in the bedrooms which caused the internet based tv systems to buffer. The TV in the main room was fine. Early on in our stay, were disappointed to be asked (on behalf of the owner), that although we had pre-paid for pool heat for the month, if we’d be willing to turn off the pool heat and just use the spa without any monetary adjustment. We did not agree but, the pool heat was shut off remotely with 5 days remaining in our stay.

We had a great time during our stay. Two families with 5 kids ages range between 7-14. The house was roomy enough to not feel crowded. Three bathrooms w showers was ideal. The weather was decent enough during our Winter stay to spend time outdoors between 10-4. The pool and back area is great. Kids loves swimming, pinball, pool, putt putt.

The location is nice with easy 2 minute trips to Albertsons, Starbucks and great restaurants.

The one item to keep in mind, and this is no fault of the property or turnkey, but our kids loved the pinball and pool. This led to a lot of continuous beeping and pool ball noise because the house wasn`t big enough on the inside for adults to have enough separation from this, and it was too cold in morning/evenings to spend time outside. We enjoyed a terrific December holida and 94th birthday celebration. This home offered things to do for ages from 25 to 94 . . . spa, putting green, pool, pinball, chaise lounges. Everyone was happy!

Home is clean, well appointed, looks just like pictures. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a group. We would return! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

My family and I stayed here over the weekend. We loved all the amenities, the kids loved the pool and the pool table the most. There were plenty of supplies and very clean house, there were many shops close by too, We went to Albertsons, dominos and Starbucks that were around the corner. We want to go back soon.
