It's true. We are not playing musical chairs on the sand! Two bedrooms are being rented, why not four chairs? No lugging four chairs and two umbrellas up and down the elevators across the boardwalk and back to the condo. When you get to the sand, where do you set the chairs and umbrellas? You can take a quick stroll with your drink, towel and sunglasses and settle in for toes in the sand. March through October service includes four chairs and two umbrellas. Wow, you'll save $90 a day because the chair service is included with this condo. Vacations are a time to reminisce, laugh, and enjoy each other's camaraderie. Families, friends, and romantics will all appreciate the 1,450-foot space. The soft blue and emerald colors of the ocean are reflected in the newly updated kitchen. Seasoned cooks will love the stainless appliances, new cabinets, and shiny quartz countertops. Extra items in the inventory for entertainment ease include a Duo Keurig Coffee Pot, large crockpot, Cuisinart Air Fryer Toaster Oven, blender, and juicer. Plenty of seating for all in the living room, with two sofas and three chairs. You will love the chairs as all three recline, so kick up your feet and watch your favorite TV show in style. The queen sofa bed is one the best on the market because it has an eight-inch inner spring mattress. Decorated in the tropical style, the comfortable beds are a haven for sleeping. I absolutely LOVE staying here!!!

This condo is situated in the most beautiful spot and the view from the condo is amazing. So perfect that we were able to just sit on our balcony to watch the Wednesday night fireworks from the Okaloosa boardwalk just down the beach. The condo itself is nice and although it is nicely decorated it had a very musty smell throughout the entire condo. Possibly coming from the carpeted areas in the bedrooms and area rug in the diningroom. All of which appear dirty and old. When we contacted Vacasa regarding the musty smell they sent housekeeping right away however the only solution offered was to give us deodorizer to spray. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances however the freezer ice maker malfunctioned and continued to produce ice that overflowed into the bottom of the freezer and within a day we were unable to fully close the freezer drawer which caused our food to thaw. Although I reported it to Vacasa twice via a call and text, no one came to look at it nor did they reply to my follow up texts until the day before we checked out. The master bed is comfortable if you enjoy a soft bed but the two beds in the additional bedroom are in sad shape. Bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap) were provided. The 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas included are definitely an added bonus! The beach staff was very friendly! We stayed from Wednesday to Tuesday and the beach was never overcrowded even though this condo resides in a very large building. All in all there are pros and cons to staying at Surf Dweller 207. I hope you find my review helpful when considering a stay here.

I loved the setup. Often times I find condos uncomfortable but this one had plenty of comfortable seating. My family was very pleased with the accommodations. The beach was our favorite part. Joey the beach services guy was awesome, I know that is a contractor but this makes a huge difference for my family.

While the condo was great overall, we did have an issue with the oven/stove touch screen not working properly. After calling the help line & being told it would be resolved within 24-48 hours, no one contacted us again nor did anyone come to the condo to fix it. We had to pull the stove/oven out & unplug it before each use to ‘reset’ the display.
