Dog-friendly townhouse with private beach, hot tub, pool, tennis, golf, gym, AC

We only stayed a few nights. House and property were well maintained.

We booked this for 4 people for a month, and found the home to be quite comfortable for us. The place looked like it did in the pictures and it was very clean. The kitchen was not a gourmet kitchen as noted in other reviews but I am not a gourmet chef. We ate out or made simple meals and it was perfectly adequate for that. Upstairs the bedrooms were comfortable, each with a large bathroom. The full sized washer and dryer were clean and did not smell like over used dryer sheets. The shuttle bus was a bonus, easy to get to the beach club. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was fun to explore Perdido Key with just a short drive to Orange Beach. I want to add that if you are sensitive to EMFs this probably wouldn't be a good rental for you, as it is wired well for WiFi and has a large electrical box in the front yard.

Had a great stay with our two little Chihuahuas. Home was really nice. The only thing I would say, as have other reviewers, is the replace the couch. Also, could use some additional kitchen things. Would definetly stay there again!!

Nice condo, plenty of room. Beach club was great and not crowded for us (we stayed after labor day) location was convenient to the restaurants and places we wanted to go.

great location and easy shuttle to beach and the beach club! unit had plenty of nice beach chairs and toys so leave yours at home! we picked this unit because of the ease to bring a pet ! just rent and go that was it ! no extra anything ! awesome to walk pets as well !

The apartment is clean and large! What I didn't like! When I booked, it wasn't mentioned anywhere that I was bringing a dog, or if it was mentioned, I didn't find it, which is unfortunate, as I needed to see all the options. It wasn't specified how much I would have to pay for the dog. It was mentioned that I could bring two dogs. After booking, I contacted vbro, and they informed me that I could bring a dog and that the option was free. However, it turned out that vacasa was managing the apartment, and they requested payment, as we were communicating over the phone. When we were on vacation, we received a call from Vakasa, and they told us that customers would be coming to view the apartments at 12:45. We told them that we would be on the beach and that we had a dog (with a cage), and we did not want anyone to come without us, as the dog might get scared. We explained that it was against the law to have a one-hour vacation, and we suggested that they inform the website that they might come to view the apartments. However, they insisted that they would still come. We had to stay that day, we waited until 3:00 pm, no one came and they didn't even bother to call and tell us they weren't coming!!! We lost almost the entire day!!! I paid for 6 nights and now I'm wondering who's going to pay me for something I shouldn't have to do! The apologies are no longer relevant! They ruined our vacation, and we traveled 18 hours just to be treated this way! It was nice to have shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in every bathroom. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable and large. The sofa bed in the living room was foldable, but it was probably old and uncomfortable to sleep on. The legs were higher than the head, or you had to lift your head, which was uncomfortable for your neck, and your back was constantly arched during sleep. There were four of us, and the children needed separate beds, so no one could sleep well on the sofa. We came here to get a good night's sleep. The apartment was located a 12- to 15-minute walk from the beach. You can take a shuttle bus, or there's a parking lot for everyone near the clubhouse, where you can leave your car, but it's small and there's not always enough space. The beach is nice, and there are lifeguards. The clubhouse and beach pool are good! The food and drinks are delicious! The pool is beautiful and warm in the apartment complex! There's a small but good gym! It's a 2-3 minute walk along a path to the dog beach, which we also really enjoyed! The apartment has a nice balcony, but it's a pity that there's no netting.
