Just a short walk to the lifts at the majestic Northstar California Resort, everything you need for a fun-filled vacation will be at your fingertips. Easy ski access is provided by carrying your skis or snowboard to the shuttle, with easy access to the slopes! The open layout of the main living area maximizes the space, allowing everyone to gather without hassle. Check out what's on cable on the TV - both TVs have access to multiple channels, including movies and sports. You can quickly put a load of laundry in the shared washer/dryer while you connect to the WiFi and check the forecast before you plan your next outing. When it's time to eat, the open and modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, upgraded counters, and a dishwasher to take charge of the cleanup. Gather around the classic dining room table and then end the day with a stroll through the quiet resort village. Head to the recreation center to challenge your friend to a game of foosball, pool, or Ping-Pong. Be first in line to hit the slopes and shred through the layer of fresh powder on the iconic runs at Northstar. Grab your skis from the provided ski locker, and then take a short walk to the lifts to navigate your way down the mountain. Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.
