Situated on the 18th Fairway, this condo takes full advantage of the gorgeous view of Black Butte. The large deck offers the perfect spot for barbecues, relaxing with friends, or watching golfers finish the last hole on the Big Meadow Course. It’s the ideal vacation spot for you and your family or a getaway with friends. You’ll enjoy the condo’s vintage Black Butte Ranch ambiance. The main floor consists of an open living area with a wood-burning stove, a dedicated workspace, a kitchen, and an adjacent dining area. Also on the main floor is the primary bedroom and a full bath with laundry. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and another full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed, a desk, and a balcony that offers remote workers a view of the golf course and Black Butte. The second bedroom provides two twin beds as well as a queen bed. This home also provides a renters storage shed, which includes a cooler, bocci ball set, water toys, extra pool chairs, and storage for golf clubs and skis for outdoor fun! The condo is a short walk to Robert’s Pub, Big Meadow Golf Club House, and the nearby recreation area, where you will discover a putting course, and basketball, tennis, volleyball, and pickle ball courts. It’s another short stroll to Lakeside where you’ll find a pool, gym, and spa. Fantastic views, starry nights that’s what we love about black butte. The ranch is great! The experience with Vacasa is anything but great. Our place was dirty when we arrived. We cleaned as best we could the beddings. The internet is slow. The tv doesn’t work. Check in time is four o’clock check out is ten AM. We had people walk into our place prior to ten to start cleaning. Once you download the vacasa app it is very hard to get rid of. We had a place at Black Butte for about thirty years. If you can reserve your stay without using vacasa you will be much better off. Please post

We were a party of 6. A reunion of old friends and this place was perfect. There is a wonderful view off the deck where the morning sun is warm and inviting, and the evening sunsets are just as nice. Very quiet. The beds are all super comfortable, not too soft, and the place was spotless. Kitchen is well laid out and fully stocked. We took full advantage of the pool, bike trails, and the restaurants, and went to Bend for a concert. It was great. We will be back!

We spent a wonderful Labor Day weekend in this well appointed home and strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for the perfect weekend getaway. The home features original cozy furniture and a working pot belly stove ( which we used!), an awesome game table that seats eight, and a large newly renovated patio with views of the 18th hole and beautiful Black Butte mountain. The sunsets are glorious. Our spacious upstairs bedroom had a nice little patio, but again, the views! The owners took extra care to provide very nice high count sheets and thick towels. We felt very well taken care of in this home and give it five plus stars.
