Hot tub water was dirty green! Our first night, we got there at night so we didn’t notice that water was green and dirty till the next day. When I mssged Vacasa about the hot tub being dirty they said they would have someone come check it out.. Well, nobody ever showed up to check it out. When I asked for a refund due to not being able to use the hot tub, and getting in dirty ass water, they refunded me $45.. Mind you, we paid over $900 for 3 nights, and the main reason we stayed at this property was because it had a hot tub… Vacasa said that the water was not dirty that it just looks green but not dirty? Don’t believe that at all. And they also said that $45 was all that I paid for the hot tub… IF someone would have came out and proven to us that it was clean, then we wouldn’t have been so upset. Plans and vacation was ruined due to hot tub not being clean, annd Vacasa not following through with what they said they would do. Also the home says pet friendly, but the stairs to the only room are NOT pet friendly and are very dangerous. My dog had to be carried up and down and he’s q heavy dog. Caution when booking here, unless you like green water and dangerous stairs!

Overall things were amazing!! Hot tub was great and the bed was cozy! Only thing I’d suggest is a better couch! Super small and really not comfortable at all. I understand space is small but at least something more comfortable!
