A BRAND NEW salt water hot tub was recently added. Sizzle your favorite barbecue recipes on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the picnic table. In the evenings, watch the stars come out and enjoy the sights of meteor showers - either outdoors or from the skylight in the primary suite. Inside the two-story home, you'll find plenty of space for your group to unwind. Large windows invite tranquil views and sunlight into the living area. Listen to the soothing sounds of the river while you cozy up with a good book, or put your feet up by the gas fireplace in the cooler months. Radiant floor heating adds comfort to the home. The well-equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. The dining table expands to seat eight comfortably. THINGS TO KNOW

• Seasonal bbqs are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. We strongly encourage you to review your tank level in the morning and if a replacement is needed please reach out to your local contact for a tank replacement.
• There is a double sofa bed in the living room.
• Streaming is available using your own accounts.
• This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
• This home may not be appropriate for guests with small children due to its direct access to the river.
