Good for a large group

While searching VRBO for places, this one seemed comparable when looking at the nightly rate. However, there were a *lot* of fees added to the final bill, ending up doubling the rate, which made me very apprehensive going into the vacation. However, it was the exact space we needed to spend time with our family (6 adults and 2 toddlers). While chic and modern, it was extremely kid friendly, they would run around and we'd be able to enjoy the space to spread out - kitchen was fairly well equipped. And obviously location is absolutely wonderful - but anywhere in BBR is heavenly. While they were very responsive when I had questions, it's a newer property, so it sometimes took some time to get answers.

The house, location, furniture and cleanliness was awesome! The only suggestion would be to add a bbq.

Arrived to find the Vacasa property in poor condition: linens were dirty with black hair, showers not cleaned, lock codes not working, had to use garage. Staff promised help but didn't show up, leaving us to wash everything ourselves late into the night. Next day, assistance came but no full night refund was offered despite our efforts. Despite the beautiful home, we will not be staying with Vacasa at this location again.

So different than any Black Butte home we have stayed in over the years. Sleek and minimalist. Large rooms and spaces for 9 grown guests. We hope to return many times in the future.
