All on one floor, the stylish interior features designer furnishings at every turn. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. A sleek gas fireplace awaits in the inviting living area. Enjoy a quiet drink in the walled courtyard (separate from the backyard).
Occupying an entire wing of the home, the primary suite provides direct backyard access and a luxe en-suite with a rain shower. On the opposite side of the common area, you'll find an additional suite with direct backyard access as well as two guest bedrooms - each with a private patio. Free WiFI, a private washer/dryer, and central AC are also provided.
THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-City ordinance requires check-in for all reservations. Only the registered guest whose name is on the rental agreement can check-in and they must provide their ID as well as the credit card that was used at the time of booking.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

Loved this house and everything about it!!
Very Clean, comfortable beds, big pool and good size BBQ grill. Close to all resturants and Groceries.
Spacious, aesthetically pleasing, needs met
We loved staying in this beautiful mid-century modern home. It was big enough and comfortable for 7 adults including a 93 year old and a husky. Close to downtown Palm Springs with nice mountains views. Close to the airport but no airport noise. Loved it!
