Sea-Ya on Joe's Pass
This home has everything you need for the perfect Gulf Coast getaway! Nestled halfway between Port St. Joe and Apalachicola, the home leaves you within minutes of local dining and entertainment, and only a mile from the beach where you kick back with your toes in the sand and lose yourself in the soothing sounds of the waves. It won't take long to discover what makes Indian Pass a unique coastal community. Uncrowded natural beaches and a laid-back local atmosphere embraces you like the warm, Gulf breezes. Endless outdoor and water activities offer something for everyone. Indian Pass is best known for its fishing, but it’s also a fantastic place to go crabbing, shelling, or bird-watching. It's not uncommon to see an eagle soaring overhead or a pod of dolphins out on the water. Take a ferry from the boat ramp to St. Vincent Island for a chance to spot an endangered species like a loggerhead turtle, gopher tortoise, or even a red wolf. Port St. Joe is 13 miles in one direction, and Apalachicola is 17 miles in the other. Apalachicola is another eclectic small Florida town known for its oysters, excellent live music, eclectic art galleries, and boutique shops. While you'll be able to make the most of the home's prime location, the property itself offers your own oasis shielded with tall native trees for ultimate privacy. The spacious front porch boasts breathtaking views of the Indian Pass Lagoon. Inside, unwind with a book in the Florida Room or settle in for a movie in the living room. All bedrooms come furnished for total guest comfort. Younger guests will love the dedicated bunk room with a complete jungle-themed mural surrounding the room.
