The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop workspace, and the adjacent dining table has room for everyone at mealtime. After a day on the beach, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer handles any laundry. Watch a bit of TV or use the free WiFi to scroll social media or, even better, unplug entirely with a cookout on the gas grill and an evening outside. Overall, it’s a nice house that’s in need of a deep cleaning. Good location away from beach/ocean. Wi-Fi was superb, beds were okay. Living room furniture is worn out and needs to be replaced. Lacking adequate cookware.

Our family of five enjoyed our stay at Abbie Retreat. The size of the house worked well for us. This was our second time staying in The Village and we like the area. It's quiet and everyone seems nice. It is further away from Seaside and Rosemary but that didn't bother us. I rated this property a four instead of a five because there are some things the owner need to pay attention to. The place needs new mattresses and more kitchen ware. We had to purchase a colander and spatulas just so we could clean fruit and make eggs. There are a few other things that need attention. I would consider staying here again especially if these things were fixed.
