This beautiful, fourth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this tropical style, richly decorated, upgraded vacation rental include an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals.The primary bath has a walk-in shower while the second bath has a tub. The living room has a TV, DVD, and VCR. The primary bedroom has a TV with a DVD player and a guest bedroom has a TV and a VCR.

You can’t beat the location. Beautiful view and short walk to the beach. The bed in master bedroom was slumping and the stopper in the bath tub wasn’t working properly but other than these minor things, it was a great rental. And I loved that it included an umbrella and two beach chairs.

The unit is on the beach and easy to find. It will be better when they finish the bridge to help with the traffic. Several choices of restaurants are nearby and also grocery store
