1. This condo is located on the first floor and you will be able to park really close to the unit, and no elevators needed. 2. Great views, beds were comfortable and kitchen was solid (but bring everything if you plan to cook! even your salt and pepper). 3. You can get to the beach in 2 minutes! this made it very convenient if you ever need to run up to the room for something, you are right there. 4. The pool was super cold but kids loved it and the hot tub area is nice respite from the beach. 5. The grills were wonderful and again very close to the unit. Minor issues: the walk out from the balcony is currently closed due to new grass- not a huge issue.

This location was perfect. First floor you can see the ocean from the bedroom. Kitchen had everything I needed. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again

Perfect location right on the beach comfortable beds, plenty of linens air worked great as did the WiFi. Our room was extremely convenient access to the beach although the view wasn't great, as the room was on the side. Would definitely stay here again but with an oceanfront room

Pros: Nice, clean, spacious room Stocked kitchen with necessities Comfortable mattresses Cons: Terrible wifi Zero signage indicating where room was, which way to go No way to get to room without stairs Locked out of room and no key in box Shower in hallway bath was broken and they didn’t come fix it until 18hrs later Stairs off patio were blocked off due to construction Security was rarely present to ensure only guests with wristbands were entering and letting people in without them, resulting in the beach being WAY overcrowded
