Gulf-view condo near beach with balcony, W&D, pool, gym, & WiFi - snowbirds OK

We stayed in D128. We had several issues starting from the first night. The hvac wouldn’t cool down below 78 degrees. Doors would not lock. Furniture is falling apart. Mold in the bathroom shower. Had to buy spoons. This is our second year to stay here. We love the location, but were disappointed with our condo. The response for getting hvac fixed was great.

We loved the fish and the easy access to the ocean. Everyone was very friendly that we met, even the residence that were acutal homeowners.

Where do I start? Our first impression was that it was very clean and smelled great! It was sterile feeling throughout the whole condo. It was not very homey feeling at all. The sheets and beds were super uncomfortable. However, the sheets and towels were very clean! There were no rugs anywhere. The fan in the living room did not work and the remote was missing for it. The remote in the master bedroom fan was missing batteries. The lamps didn’t work in the living room and it was very difficult to figure out the TV. The beds were super cute, but EXTREMELY firm and uncomfortable. We had upstairs neighbors that were very loud until 3am, but the security and HOA handled it very well and we were pleased! Truthfully, I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but Vacasa never acknowledged my message and that disappointed me. I can assure you, we will never book this condo due to the lack of coziness and convenience. There was minimal items to use and the back deck furniture was old and starting to rust. I felt like we paid too much for this particular condo. My suggestion would be to make the place more cozy and less sterile! The washing machine and dryer are a fantastic amenity and used them a lot. The A/C was not working properly; the temp never got below 74°, even at night. We had to keep the curtains closed to the balcony to ensure cooling the living room. It just was not what we expected. The color scheme was absolutely perfect though!

Old apartment with several problems, When we arrived there was a lot of sand on the living room floor, in addition to the drain of the tub, the sink and the dishwasher were Dumb which caused the water to stagnate for a long time, the light of the Main room did not worked,We called for them to come to solve the problems and they came a day before of check out, really bad experience With the aparment. We had family in other apt in building C123 and that apartment was in perfect condition
