The place was great and everything is right there for u.
I had a wonderful time here!
When we first arrived, things looked promising—the unit was clean, smelled nice, and the bathroom was stocked with everything we needed. But once we settled in, the flaws started showing. The “starter kit” with laundry soap had already been opened, and the fitted sheet didn’t actually fit the bed (which meant waking up wrapped in a mattress pad most mornings). The so-called “blanket” was basically just another sheet, and one of the outlets didn’t even work. The ceiling fan sounded like it was teeing off (fitting, since we were near a golf course), and the A/C unit? It legit sounded like a freight train barreling through the room in the middle of the night. Terrifying. Add in a not-so-fun walk to the car, and convenience takes a hit too. But the worst part? A door to the neighboring unit with a 2-inch gap underneath. We could hear everything—their conversations, their TV, probably even their dreams. Zero sound privacy. I wouldn’t say it was a total disaster, so I’m not giving it one star—but I also wouldn’t stay here again. For what we paid, we could’ve gotten a much better hotel.
Very accessible to everything and clean . Super quiet also
Although it states you are permitted one spot on Inspiration Dr in the lot, it would be great if a back up is also provided. When we arrived at the lot a security guard was there saying the lot was full and we were not permitted to park there. We asked where to park. He had no idea. We then went to the valet parking to ask them. They said they had no idea. It took us over 1.5 hrs to find a place to park. Absolutely ridiculous parking situation. If you’re only directing people to a specific area there should clearly be a space available. Upon contacting the office via chat was given absolutely NO viable solution. We had one vehicle and no parking spot. The room itself was clean however the WiFi for phones and TV was freezing up every 3-4 minutes making watching TV impossible. The walls were paper thin. We could dealt with a screaming kid and yelling parents all night. They may as well have been in our room. We were booked for 3 nights and literally notified the office by 9 AM the next morning we were leaving. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have no car
Perfect first floor unit. Quick access to the garage entry.
