This condo is gorgeous. Nicely furnished & super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the views from the kitchen & living room were amazing. The balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee & evening cocktails. So many pelicans & osprey flew by. We also saw lots of dolphins. Bring your camera! I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows, providing amazing views of the beach & gulf, in the primary bedroom. I found the mattress extremely comfortable. The pool is beautiful, with lots of lounge chairs & views of the beach. And the gulf is just steps away so you can go back & forth from beach to pool as you wish. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was right next to the elevator which was SUPER loud all night long when guests are using it to go to their condos. The broken shower head in the spare bathroom along with the master bedroom towel rack was broken which both were reported to Vacasa. A property mgr called me regarding the concern and asked me if I had pictures, which I did and sent her the pictures. She said that because it was SUNDAY, a handyman can't come out until Monday and he also needs to know what the part looks like to purchase. ??? Monday- around 2pm after coming back from the beach, no one came. I called, I texted...no reply. VERY VERY Bad customer service from Vacasa. This is not the first time Vacasa has very very bad customer service, you can call and they appear to care but they do NOT fix anything during your stay. The texts come and look professional but good luck for any resolution during your stay. The condo was advertised as a 2 bed 2 bath, but only 1 shower was working. Also, the dryer is NOT working in terms of staying hot to dry your clothes. We did 3 (70 min) drying time and had to pack damp clothes in another bag to bring home to rewash. This was discovered Monday night was we were washing and preparing to come home. No reason to call them as they were not responsive on our previous attempts.

The layout of this Condo is great. This would have been a 10 out of 10 BUT the pool has been broken for 5 months. They list it with a pool and never even mentioned that it was broken offered a small discount but were really unapologetic about not telling us.
