Balcony view was great

Quiet, convenient, great price, and clean. The parking place was close to the road and close to the 3 fast elevators. Lots of carts for loading. Condo was lovely and had great views. All the basics that someone would need to stay was provided free! Plenty of seating and TV had multiple cable channels, streaming channels, and Apps. Had support person answering via text and email 24 hrs a day. Vending machine took credit cards. Enjoyed keyless entry. We will stay there again!

Hi, I need to report a couple of issues. The hot water heater was not functioning during my stay, and the mattress was very hard, making it uncomfortable to sleep. These things significantly impacted the stay, so I hope they can be resolved for future guests. Thank you.
