The additional rooms are just as well-decorated, displaying high-quality linens, personal TVs, and ceiling fans. A private washer/dryer ties together the list of interior conveniences. Outside, not only will you have direct beach access, but you will also have access to a heated pool, tennis court, grilling area, and fitness center. We enjoyed spending a week in this condo. Great views of the gulf and intercostal water ( front window). The decor and all of the updates throughout the condo was very pleasing. We loved the two rocking recliners! The balcony was amazing. Will rent again!!!

We loved the view, the size of the condo, kitchen has 2 sinks, the master bedroom and bathroom look brand new and modern! However the entire condo needs a GOOD cleaning especially with the high cleaning charge for the condo. The floors had our children’s feet, knees , and hands filthy with in 5 minutes, vents in the bathrooms are very dusty, baseboards are very dirty especially the bathrooms. We have stayed at the beach house condos for the past 7 years and this condo was our favorite!

I’ve stayed at numerous properties in the 30A area, but this one truly stands out. It’s ideally located near the beach and offers a breathtaking ocean view. One of the most convenient features is the elevator—situated right by the front door. We never had to wait for it, which made coming and going incredibly easy. The only suggestion I have is to improve the pillows. They were quite thin and tended to slide around, which made them a bit uncomfortable. I might bring my own next time, but aside from that, everything else was fantastic. 🎯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
