Outdoor amenities (excluding the hot tub) are currently closed and are expected to reopen in Spring 2026. Dates and timelines are subject to change. Kick back in decadence and comfort when you stay in this beachfront getaway featuring on-site amenities that include a shared sauna, a hot tub, a pool, and more! When you're not playing around in the rolling surf just steps away, hang out with the kids to enjoy a good movie on the mounted flatscreen TV or some fun board games at the dining table. The private balcony offers spectacular gulf views, making it perfect for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail with friends. Use the full kitchen to get creative with a delicious lunch then serve it up al-fresco with friends. Couch is uncomfortable, does not have a closet, the cable in bedroom only works 1/4 of the time, and despite the listing saying they had a heated pool OPEN on the property was wrong. The renovations are still going on and will be for a long time. The resort once renovations are complete might be nice, but the room itself was not satisfying.

The view is spectacular, best view I have had on the beach. The room is spacious for 2 but no more than that. The rollout bed/couch is very dated and uncomfortable. The bed has the middle post broke underneath so it keep sounding like it was going to break. The only big problem was all but 1 light bulb worked in each bathroom and only 1 person can be on WIFI or everything shuts down.

Other than some noise during the day, the construction was not an issue. We were able to get around the property easily. We enjoyed the view of the beach which included dolphins and stingrays.

Our first impression walking into Room 1809 was the strong smell of mold, which immediately set a negative tone for the stay. The building is under renovation, so the elevators were cluttered with construction equipment and had an unpleasant odor as well. The room itself was poorly maintained: • The king bed was broken and sagged toward the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. • There was a paint bucket left in the bathroom, which felt careless. • A mirror was hanging loosely on the electrical box cover with a wire. • The trim around the unit had visible holes, dirt, and damage. • The floors were covered in sand, and we had to spend time cleaning right after we arrived. On top of all this, there was a water outage one morning, which meant we couldn’t even get ready and had to leave the property early that day. Our last impression was clear: we would not rent through Vacasa again. For future visits, we’d prefer to book directly with an owner-operator who takes better care of their property and guest experience.
