Superb location, right on the beach, quiet, clean, near multiple restaraunts, grocery store, bait shop if you fish, boat docks, beautiful view

Loved the bay and grass area in backyard and the beach right across the rode. The condo is old but updates are making it nice n new. AC works great. It isn’t to far from all the things to do in town n the golf cart ride service is wonderful! Enjoyed our wedding weekend stay, thanks

Our family has come here for several years now. It’s a great location! Walk straight to the beach! Close to many restaurants and shops! A lovely condo that’s very roomy and comfortable!!! My family- kids and grandkids- love it and look forward to it every year . Thank you.

If you are scheduled to stay in this condo, you should cancel immediately. This place is very poorly managed and is in desperate need of attention. When we arrived on Saturday, the refrigerator did not work. We had a family of 6 and a toddler and could not buy groceries due to this. We had to eat out several times because we could not get groceries due to broken fridge. This cost us a lot of money. After sending numerous texts, repairman finally came on Sunday afternoon. Told us coil was frozen. He defrosted it and said “it should last until you leave.” On Friday morning, we wake up to a hot refrigerator again. Now we have a fridge full of groceries that have gone bad and had to be thrown away. Texted them immediately and was told it was being “reviewed.” Texted with them all day on Friday. No one ever showed up and when we left on Saturday, fridge was still hot and never heard from anyone about fixing it. We have not been offered any compensation or refund due to this broken fridge that we dealt with all week! Also it is extremely hot in all of the bedrooms! We put the AC on 67 at night which did not help at all. One of my son-in-laws bought a portable AC for their room because it was unbearable. Be prepared to sweat. When you use the disposal, gross liquid bubbles up from the other sink which is slow to drain. I have a list of about 15 things wrong with this place and will be sending an email to Vacasa. I have stayed at Treehouse numerous times and have always been happy but this time was a huge disappointment. I asked for the owner’s name and number so I could let him know how poorly this place is managed but they refused to give it to me.
