The view and accessibility to beach were great. Needs a little furniture upgrades and no one has dvds just ready to pop in. The door to the gulf patio door needs fixing because it wont stay closed unless it locked. Location great, just needs some updates.

Overall the house and location were great! However, it shouldn’t be deemed as “sleeps 6” because the pullout couch is awful. All you felt was coils and springs. There was no padding whatsoever. It was so uncomfortable that my husband and I chose to just sleep on the individual couches, which were also not very comfortable because they’re older. When my dad sat down on the couch he dropped all the way down, hitting his back on the coils also. But like I said, the overall location and house was great. BEAUTIFUL views! If the couches were updated and newer with more padding, it would be 5 stars.

I’m local to Pensacola and stayed many places. I’ve never left a bad review but this was not a great place for the price. I’m thankful it was only one day. Tabs didn’t work and it was so hot upstairs.
