Ingraham Delight

The home is beautiful! Got to ride my electric bike and scooters to the beach and bay. Ideally located within walking distance to restaurants, bars and Trader Joe’s. Highly recommended!

I was a bit nervous after reading a couple other reviews, BUT, I would say I did not experience what others had mentioned. Upon arrival, the home was beautiful and well equipped with many kitchen supplies, making it easy to stay in and cook from home. We felt very comfortable in the home and enjoyed our stay. We were excited to see that this home is in walking distance to all the amenities such grocery stores, restaurants, and bars! The roof top patio was just the cherry on top needed to watch those beautiful San Diego ocean, sunsets. My family and I will definitely be repeat guests.

Location is about the only positive I can mention as it’s fairly close to Pacific Beach. The upkeep and maintenance at this property is terrible. Kitchen cabinets are scuffed and filthy. White trim and carpeting throughout is scuffed and/or filthy. Window screen was ripped in the bathroom window and so was the patio door screen. Dead spiders and cob webs everywhere. Unknown splatters on cabinets and walls. Urine stains on the mattress pad and mattress in one bedroom along with stained pillows. The pictures on the website are not a representation of how the property looks now. We stayed at this property since it is affiliated with Marriott Homes & Villas and it was a huge disappointment and quite frankly, I can’t believe Marriott would partner with this property. Vacasa said our “complaints” about the property were normal wear and tear and they provided an apology for our inconvenience. Terrible customer service and will not be using Vacasa again.

This townhouse was very nice, everything was as described. Place was very clean upon arrival, kitchen was well stocked, everything was in working order. Living room and kitchen were good size. Rooftop deck was a nice touch. We used the grill once and the dumbwaiter, both came in handy. Location is excellent, on Ingraham but yet we heard very little road noise, was really quiet the entire time. About 1-mile to the beach, made for a nice run in the mornings. Disappointed Vacasa wouldn't allow an early check-in though it sounds like the property was ready. I called and requested only an hour early (3:00) but was told the door code wouldn't work before 4:00. Frustrating that there was no flexibility at all. We wanted to check-out an hour late (11:00) but I didn't even bother asking because of prior experience. Overally an excellent stay, very nice property, would definitely book this place again.
