The resort is located at the southern end of Myrtle Beach with easy access to Myrtle Beach State Park, Market Common, Surfside and Murrells Inlet as well as many dining, golf, shopping and entertainment options.

The entire condo has been updated with warm and welcoming colors, new furniture, all new stainless steel appliances, a stunning custom tile backsplash, refaced cabinets, and new quartz countertops making a beautiful, comfortable space for you to enjoy. Vinyl shiplap was added in the bathroom giving a cozy, coastal feel.

A new vanity with vessel sink and storage was installed along with all new fixtures.

This condo has easy access to the pool and is a 5-minute walk through the resort to the beach. Laundry facilities are available at the end of the hall (not in the unit).

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid-stay cleaning requests for a small fee.

This resort is secured by a gated entrance with 24-hour security and is only two miles from the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. Walmart and Walgreens are across the street, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, state park, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to parking for $20 and free beach access. Other things to note

Guests will need to pay $20.00 per vehicle Per Week for parking passes, from May 1 - Sept 30. From October 1 - April 30, it is $20 per Booking, instead of per week. The security guard at the gate will collect payment and issue the parking passes. If you lose your parking pass, you will need to pay for a replacement. All passes must be displayed on the windshield side of the rear view mirror while the vehicle is parked on the property.

Bike Week Parking: Guests are not permitted to bring a trailer on property except during Bike Week and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. These fees are for one week and will be collected at the gate, payment must be made with credit card, no cash, no exceptions. The fees during bike week are as followed; Car or Truck (vehicle pulling the trailer) $20, Trailer not to exceed 18 feet $100, each motorcycle is $20 apiece

It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 23 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 23 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 23 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
