Home was perfect for our friend beach trip. The location to the beach was awesome…across the backyard and you’re on the beach. Close to grocery store and restaurants

We had high hopes for this beach house rental, but unfortunately, several issues made our stay uncomfortable and stressful. First and foremost, the water throughout the house had a strong smell of reclaimed water the entire time—it was really off-putting and made showers and washing up unpleasant. There was also mold everywhere from the shower to the washing machine to the kitchen sink. Security was also a concern. While we were out, the garage somehow opened not by us and was left wide open, which is extremely worrying. Even more concerning was that our son’s bedroom, which had a door connecting to the other unit in the home, couldn’t be locked. That’s a major red flag for safety and privacy. We were also surprised when pest control showed up unannounced and told us they planned to spray inside the house—without our permission. Had we not been home, our belongings and living space would have been treated with chemicals without warning. On top of that, lawn service arrived early one morning and ended up blowing sand and dirt right under the front door and into the family room. Not what you expect when you’re trying to relax on vacation. This place has potential, but with poor communication, security concerns, and maintenance issues, we wouldn’t recommend it until these problems are fixed.

Directly on the beach and has plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view.

Great space with all you NEED for your stay. No haste at all and never needed to communicate with anyone. The APP made things easy and clear. Location is awesome!

Spent 4 days in this wonderful place. Very clean and great location.
