14 of us gathered to celebrate Christmas, including three kids. The house is spacious with a great game room for the kids (and adults) to enjoy. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out. Nice view of the lake. Big yard for football tossing. Ice machine was a bonus. Bring all your needs (sugar, salt, dish soap etc) as that was not provided. (Bathrooms did have hand soap.) Overall, it was a nice house for a large group to enjoy.
We really enjoyed our stay at Lazy Daze Lodge! The house was comfortable and spacious with gorgeous views of the lake! The downstairs living room with pool table and air hockey was a hit with the kids as well as the adults! We would definitely love to rent this house again!
The house had everything we needed and the lake access was awesome. Enjoyed our family time!
Really enjoyed our stay at this house. Peaceful views, easy water access, and a cozy place to unwind. Everything was clean and there were a lot of activities our kids enjoyed. Only downside is now we have to buy our kids an air hockey table because they loved the one here so much LOL
I’m so glad we found this house! My family and I already can’t wait to come back next summer. One of the first things that stood out is that it’s located in a gated community, which gives it an exclusive, peaceful vibe right from the start. The house itself is much larger than it appears from the outside. I was amazed when I first walked in. It’s incredibly spacious, yet it still has that quintessential lake house charm, with gorgeous built-in bookshelves, a wraparound deck, and stunning views of the water. The basement is a dream for kids and the young at heart, with a pool table, ping pong table, and air hockey. Our family was never bored. We also loved using the kayaks the owners thoughtfully made available. It was such a fun way to explore the lake. If you’re familiar with Lake Anna, you’ll know the southern part has the bluest, deepest water, and that’s exactly where this house is located. Every evening we enjoyed breathtaking sunset photos right from the dock. Another hidden gem of this spot is the neighborhood walking trail. It winds along the lake and through the woods and made for the perfect morning ritual before heading out on the water. Overall: 10 out of 10. We’ll definitely be back!
