Jordanelle State Park Marina Condo

The location was great for us. Secure underground garage with elevator is nice. The first thing we noticed that was wrong with the unit is that the lights in the living and dining room do not work and it went downhill from there. This could be a nice unit in a nice building but Vacasa ruined it. The master bed frame is bent making the mattress cave in on one side. An empty cat food can, trash and random articles of clothing were found under the master bed and dresser. Bathroom floor had not been cleaned, trash on floor, mold in shower, vanity light bulb out, cheapest towels and toilet paper were worse than any hotel I've ever stayed in. Trash under entry side board. Trash and empty bottles under beds in bedrooms. Area rug in bedroom crooked and blocking closet doors. Food on light switches. Kitchen completely disorganized with dirty dishes, glassware, utensils, silverware, cookware found in separate cabinets. We had to wash everything before it could be used. Dried pasta in stove burner. Oven racks crooked and upside down. Microwave covered in grease. Cheap linens on all beds, dirty and stained accent pillows. Sheets on master bed were disgusting. They were stained and completely pilled. Pictures were sent to Vacasa as things were disvovered. Vacasa sent 7 (yes, 7) people to clean on the third day we were there even though we requested new sheets immediately. The 7 people changed the sheets on the master bed and mopped the hard wood floors in the entry, living and kitchen. That was it. All of the trash, grease, mold, food, gross pillows were still there. Vacasa refunded the cleaning fee but that's it saying they attempted to make things right while we were there. This was the worst rental experience we have ever had and will never book another property managed by Vacasa.

The Townhouse we stay in was very nice and it accommodated the 6 of us, 4 Adult's & 2 kids. I would highly recommend this place. We had a great experience and we are looking forward to return next year around this time. 5 STARS FOR SURE!!!!!!!!

The location was ideal for our planned family reunion outside of Kamas' Unita campgrounds. We were joining family members that had campers/trailers - lucky us got to enjoy this condo - we will definitely visit again. Our favorite moment? Enjoying the beautiful balcony air & watching the humming birds! Silly but the time just decompressing was wonderful. The unit was perfect for us - just 2 but it's designed for a big group. Plenty of separate spaces AND group enjoyment. Loved the kitchen!

This condo had everything and more. Super comfy beds, large bathrooms, fantastic kitchen and a very relaxing space to just hang out and enjoy.
Easy to find and a quick drive to park city and more. It was very quiet.
Darker curtains would have made it even better. So enjoyed how spotless and modern everything was. Having safe covered parking was perfect in the snow. It made a perfect place for our family Thanksgiving. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
