The stairs down to the lake are not as pictured. My friends and I were all able to take that trek down and back, but is a huge note to mention for those who might not be able to do that many stairs. The amenities were inconsistent. Body wash and hand soap empty upon arrival. The kitchen has a garlic press but not scissors? Very inconsistent, but the location and lake make up for it in some ways.
This place was more than adequate for a family with 6. And probably can fit up to 10-12 additional visitors in the outdoor space for BBQ. We loved the outdoor space, view, and the umbrella for shade. Beautiful deck lighting that we easily plug in/off from the outlets. There were a few lights that didn’t work but still plenty for creating a nice ambience at night. The 100-200 ft gravel road leading down to the house and the few more steps down can be a little too steep or slippery for some but for my family it was not a problem. My son and his wife had the double bed, my other 2 children had the double bunk bed. The ping pong table was nice and was use for playing card games. We had to bring chairs from down stairs but we made it work. There was plenty of space for everyone. The place was well stocked for cooking and has a nice propane grill with a back up tank. We were missing a tong appropriate for grilling though. The fire pit was a nice addition. We picked up our own firewood from a near by grocery store and roasted marshmallows. Master bedroom was comfy. There were extra fans and 2 small A/C wall units. We were able to keep the place comfortable during the hottest time of the day. Will definitely bring the family back again.
Beautiful scenery and comfortable stay far from the hustle and bustle.
Beautiful view and comfortable setting
The lake house was gorgeous and well maintained
The view and the water were great. Had a great time. Outdoor space was abundant and great. Parking and access was limited, especially with trailering watercraft. Access to was water and dock deceiving compared to shown in pictures. Overall very nice rental and good exercise.
