Ocean view home with hot tub game room furnished deck and fireplaces

Great house with amazing views. Easy access to the beach.

Such a peaceful, calm view!! We spent one morning watching whales from the balcony. The house was wonderful.

Cozy home with amazing views of ocean waves. We watched whales spouting from the deck all day one day! Loved the deck furniture. Main floor well laid out for larger family. Kitchen well appointed with everything! Beds and linens comfortable, even sofa bed was not bad. Hot tub great. Bunk room perfect for a group of kids! Lower level fam room needs blinds or curtains- no privacy as a sleeping space. Lots of steps in house and down to beach but saltwater pool close by was a huge bonus! And walking loop route rec by owners to avoid all the steps coming up was very helpful. Tons of DVD movies. Nice easy cable/streaming access and wifi worked great. No office/desk space at all but who wants to work? Some old puzzles and games but bring your own- they seem to all be missing pieces. Longer walk to beach was only thing we might consider next time. If our kids were still little and we were carrying a lot to the beach that would be a haul. We would go back otherwise- great house!

This was such a beautiful home with great views. The rocking chairs were a boys on the back patio. The house was well equipped with more than most. Our family loved every minute at the Bellevue.

There were 7 of us and the house fit us perfectly. If we had younger children with us they could have used the top bunks but cinco we are are all over 50, it was not convenient for us. The spaces are well planned out and the furnishings are very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was soft and warm! The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of parking. We had a bit of fog but once it cleared the view is absolutely stunning! Napping to the sound of the ocean is always a favorite. The kitchen is on the 2nd level so if you have someone for whom stairs are difficult it wouldn't be ideal. I plan to rent it again for a family gathering!

We had a great stay at The Bellevue! It was our kids’ first beach vacation, and everyone had an absolute blast. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the beach house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, which made things super convenient for our family. There were just a few things that posed some challenges during our stay. The house has two flights of stairs, which made it a bit difficult at times to keep our toddler safe—baby gates would have been really helpful. The pillows were another minor issue; although there were plenty provided, they were all pretty flat and not the most comfortable for sleeping. One other concern was the lack of privacy on the main level. There were no curtains or blinds on the doors, so it felt a bit exposed—especially since the neighboring beach house had several cameras pointed in the direction of our rental. It would have been nice to have an option to cover the doors and windows for added privacy. Despite these small issues, we truly enjoyed our stay. For a large family, this is a great place to relax and make memories. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
