Great location! Very clean!
We recently stayed at this property and while there were some definite positives—like the beautiful views and well-maintained pools—our overall experience was unfortunately disrupted by multiple issues that made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay. The most significant problem was ongoing, late-night noise from the restaurant/bar located directly above our unit. Although the posted hours indicate it closes at 9:00 PM, on Saturday night loud noises continued well into the night. From around 10:00 PM to midnight, we heard yelling, furniture dragging, and items being dropped—all clearly coming from the restaurant space overhead. Then around 3:00 AM Sunday morning, things escalated even further. We were suddenly awoken by extremely loud music—so loud our ceiling was vibrating—along with shouting, banging, dragging noises, and what sounded like a ping pong ball being dropped repeatedly. After trying unsuccessfully to fall back asleep, we called the non-emergency police line. The music stopped soon after, but the party continued. When music resumed again around 4:00 AM, we had to call a second time. The noise didn’t fully stop until about 5:30 AM. This created a major issue for our family. My wife has an autoimmune condition that requires uninterrupted sleep, and this kind of disturbance put her health at risk. Our children were also woken up and exhausted the following day. On another night, the building’s fire alarm went off around 11:30 PM. We had to evacuate and wait outside until approximately 12:15 AM before being let back into our unit. Thankfully, it was a false alarm, but it was another disruption during an already difficult stay. Additionally, we witnessed police presence one day due to what appeared to be a dispute between staff members at the property. While it didn’t involve us directly, it contributed to an overall feeling of disorganization and lack of management oversight. Another concern was that the Wi-Fi network provided for guests was completely unsecured—no password was required to access it. This is a basic security standard in most modern rentals and was disappointing from both a safety and privacy standpoint. All of that said, the property does have strong potential. The views were truly beautiful and the pools were clean and relaxing. With more effective enforcement of quiet hours, better coordination with the restaurant/bar, proper handling of security concerns like Wi-Fi access, and more visible property management, this could be an excellent vacation destination.
Excellent ocean view. Plenty of space. Just a few steps to the beach. We were happy with our stay.
The views were nice. Since it was the off season, it wasn't very crowded which was also nice! Would definitely go back.
