This 3BR/3.5BA townhouse is a coastal charmer, perfect for exploring the best of Carolina Beach! Walk just steps to the beach, or make the short stroll to nearby Carolina Lake. Highlights include three ocean-facing balconies, stunning waterfront views, sparkling appliances, and an outdoor shower.

Shops and dining options are within a short walk. Attractions and downtown riverfront activities are 15 miles away in downtown Wilmington.

LIVING AREA

After a fun-filled beach day, relax in the open living area, furnished with a plush sectional and an armchair. Kick back and watch shows on the 60 4K smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up breakfast in the upscale kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for three. When its time to eat, gather at the table set for six.

BED & BATH

This three-story townhome sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

Rest easy in the primary bedroom, furnished with a queen bed and 48 cable TV. An en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and 52 smart TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed and 32 smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.

A convenient half bath is located near the kitchen.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Make use of the charcoal grill, then dine alfresco on an ocean-facing balcony with table seating for six. Two additional ocean-facing balconies off the master and second bedroom are each appointed with seating for two.

An outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off after the beach.

This property is great - the town house is comfortable and the location is perfect. The four bathrooms were such a luxury. The kitchen was well stocked. A couple of things to be aware of: The listing says that there is an outdoor shower, but there definitely is not. In fact, there’s no outdoor water source at all. You can see where there used to be a shower, but it’s gone. There’s a hose, but the water is not turned on so it’s not usable. We brought this up to Vacasa more than once and they said they’d send someone to fix it, but it never got resolved. The other thing to note when using Vacasa is that it’s hard to reach anyone who can actually help. When the keypad on the front door stopped working, we had to call more than once and talk to call center people who were just doing their jobs, but couldn’t really help. After several conversations over the phone and text, they finally got me connected to someone local who got it working again. But it was frustrating not to be able to call someone local directly. So: we would definitely recommend this property, but I would hesitate to go through Vacasa again.

I had to call rental company twice, I have never had to call a rental company during my stays anywhere. The stovetop was an induction stove and we brought a pot for seafood boil, the pots/pans there weren't all induction pots/pans so we couldn't figure out why we couldn't cook anything for a while. The ceiling leaked in two areas, leaking on our things and bulging water in the ceiling, the vacuum didn't pick up well, we never found a broom or mop to help with the sand in the house. When we got there the house was hot, unloading was miserable. Parking is tight, had to pay $50 for parking for 2 days nearby.

This property had amazing views and it's location to the beach and surrounding attractions cannot be beat!!! We enjoyed our Spring Break vacation to Carolina Beach. The parking is tighter than expected, but it is manageable. This unit just has some deferred maintenance that they should resolve.
