The unit includes a new water filtration system, washer, and dryer installed in December 2024. Streaming is available with guests' accounts. This home is located on the public 'cool' side of the lake. This home does not offer access to a community launch for guests with boats. You will have to use a public launch. Firewood is not provided; guests will have to bring their own. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
