Spend summer days out on Lake Anna at this newly renovated waterfront home, where your grassy lawn rolls down to a private dock, a boat house, and a boat slip on the lakeshore. Take out the two provided paddleboards each morning, add the interchangeable seats to make them kayaks for the afternoon, and teach your kids to fish for largemouth bass, crappie, and striper. Here on the public side of Lake Anna, you'll be wonderfully close to the boat launch at Christopher Run Campground (less than two miles) and several marinas and restaurants. You're welcome to tie your boat to the dock, which features a slip that's 10 feet by 26 feet in size. The warmer months are for spending time outdoors, whether you're barbecuing on the back deck or dining on the screened patio with a big game playing on the 65-inch TV. In the evenings, wander across the lawn to roast marshmallows by the fire pit with a view of the lake through the trees. The single-story interior was entirely renovated in 2023, offering new appliances, new furniture, and central air conditioning throughout. Highlights include an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including an oven with an air fryer), and smart TVs in the living room and two of the three bedrooms. Things to Know Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials. Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home is located on the public 'cool' side of the lake. This home does not offer access to a community launch for guests with boats. You will have to use a public launch. Firewood is not provided; guests will have to bring their own. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia, LLC. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
