Overview

Located on the private side of Lake Anna, this gorgeous home with a private boat ramp and jet ski ramp is the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones to make memories. The home sits on a short deep-water cove so that you can enjoy all the action close by. Bring your boat or rent one to fish, water ski, paddleboard, kayak (there are two available,) or enjoy every other waterfront activity you can imagine. At the end of the day, relax your muscles in the new (spring 2023) saltwater hot tub. Take in the gorgeous, sprawling lake views from the newly built deck. Gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows and tell stories until the stars come out to dot the sky. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and an airy atmosphere. Relax and make yourself at home by curling up on the plush furniture to read a good book by the fireplace or stream your favorite movie on the large TV. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Downstairs, you'll find a recreational area filled with books, board games, a foosball table, an air hockey table, and a pool table for friendly competition. Kids will love hosting sleepovers in the bunk beds, where they can make memories that'll last a lifetime.

  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
  • All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

The house was lovely and clean, beds were comfortable, views were beautiful, and basement was so much fun for the kids. However, the hot tub was broken, and we specifically booked the house because it had a hot tub. We notified the property management company first thing Saturday morning that it was broken and they said someone would come out to service it. I followed up multiple times and no one ever showed up to service the hot tub. So, if you want a functional hot tub, book another house! If you don’t care about having a hot tub, this house was great.

This place was everything we were looking for. Stunning lakefront views, extremely pristine amenities, lots of small thoughtful details. The kitchen was well equipped. The layout and furniture of this house made it perfect for a large group. We never felt cramped in any way. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit at night. The kitchen was well stocked to cook large meals. My only regret is that I wish our stay was even longer!

We had the best time staying at this rental. The home was well appointed, had spectacular views, and so many toys and games for kids. It was easy to spread out in the home so that adults and children could enjoy the time.

The house had comfortable furniture, decent bedding, a nice hot tub, good WiFi, and a lovely location. The advertised amenities were terrible. The pool table felt had rips, the basketball game score keeper didn’t work, half the air holes on the table hockey table didn’t work. If this is what’s drawing you in, look elsewhere. Additionally the house is not insulated and is loud. You can hear a whisper in the basement in the upper level across the house. You can hear people talking softly in the hot tub in the second floor bedroom with all the doors closed in between. If quiet is your goal, this is not it.
