Switch Things Up

It is a very cozy place to stay at to get some distance from everyday stress. The rooms are tidy, the sheets, towels etc. are fresh and clean. The yard is taken care of and the neighbors are friendly. No rodents to be seen, so things are really being taken care of.

Our family had such a wonderful time at this lake house. The beds were super comfortable, and the big TV made for some fun family movie nights. The kids loved all the games and activities, especially the pool table — they never got bored! Having two large refrigerators was really convenient for all our snacks and meals. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing fall getaway by the lake. The different color leaves reflecting in the water made for great family pictures.

This property offers a great location, lakeside, with lots to do. We enjoyed kayaks and the paddle boats.. Family fooseball tournaments evoked much laughter. Very comfortable living room for us all to play Pictionary, adjacent to the ample kitchen area. Enough bedrooms and comfortable beds. Lovely weekend at Switch Things Up!

We were about 10 people. The place was clean and neat, which is always a plus. It also had fast Wi-Fi, which was convenient and had no problems streaming movies. What made it great was they had a lot of games and activities inside and outside. Kayaks and floaties were available, which was great for enjoying the clean water and beach. There was a pool table that provided hours of entertainment for the kiddos. Also, a nice bonus was the two big fridges – definitely helpful for storing everyone's food and drinks since grocery stores are a good 15-20min away! Will be back for sure.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The house was spotless when we arrived and had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen, which made cooking for a big group so easy. The boat house was a huge highlight — we spent so much time out there — and the lake was perfect for the little kids to swim and play safely. We were several families together, and the layout worked really well for everyone with no issues at all. A couple of us needed to work during the trip, and the internet was fast and reliable, just like being at home. Some of the highlights were the provided life vests (even for infants), several floats, the kayaks and the pool table that our kiddos loved. One nice feature was the sound not traveling to the master bedroom, so the kiddos slept while we could watch movies. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our getaway, and we’d love to come back!

We were two couples with three young kids (between 2 and 5 years old) between us, and this house couldn't have been more perfect. The master suite was spacious, with an adjoining room for the youngest kid, and there were so many rooms for the rest of us to spread out in. More importantly, there were so many bonus spaces to enjoy in and around the house. The kids loved the huge bench seat and the sandy beach at the dock. As far as noise transfer between rooms, everyone slept like a rock (except when the kids woke us up). 10/10 would highly recommend!
