This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house is in a fantastic neighborhood, just 15 minutes from Fort Moore and downtown! Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and spacious bedrooms. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this is the perfect family-friendly retreat. Pets are welcome with a fee. We provide both professional and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. We can’t wait to host you!

***Our pool is closed for the season. It will be noted here when it reopens in the Summer of 2026.*** Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find an open-concept living room and kitchen. The living room has two sofas (one is a queen sofa bed!) and a large SmartTV. The kitchen has all the essential cookware and dinnerware, and there are two dining tables for meal times. Upstairs are all three bedrooms, open sleeping space, and two full bathrooms. Bedroom one has a king bed, bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. There is an additional sleeping space tucked away in an open nook upstairs. This space has a double bed with a twin trundle underneath. Out back, enjoy a dip in the private pool and a grill is available for use! NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

This is a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Most all families are current or retired military families. The neighborhood is actually at the top of a ridge that overlooks part of the Fort Moore Training Area. So close you can hear soldiers calling cadence in the morning.

You will need to be able to drive or get an Uber or Cab because there is no public transportation in this neighborhood.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.*** We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
