Located within walking distance of downtown Columbus, the Riverwalk, and the Space Science Museum, this home is the perfect destination for tourists who want to explore the area. This home is also a perfect fit for military families to relax and enjoy their visit to Fort Moore, which is only 15 mins away.

Walk through the front door into our charming living room with gorgeous high ceilings and a full size sofa bed. It is the perfect place to gather with family and friends to visit or watch TV. Past the living room sits the fully stocked kitchen as well as the bedroom. The kitchen provides you the opportunity to cook delicious meals if you are not our enjoying all of the local restaurants. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed that will allow you to rest up for your next big adventure. An air mattress is also available to sleep two additional guests! ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***

Guests will have access to the entire home! It is a town home, but both units have their own entrances and are completely separate. There is plenty of parking on the side of the house.

You will love this quiet street right next to downtown restaurants, bars, and the riverwalk. All downtown attractions, including the Woodruff Riverfront Park, the Coca-Cola Space Science Center, and multiple coffee shops and restaurants, are within walking distance of the home. Fort Moore is a quick 20 minute drive.

Many of these homes are also owned by military and veteran families, which makes hosting guests visiting the area especially meaningful to us. With that charm comes a few natural quirks, such as creaky floors, older windows that may allow slight temperature variation, and original plumbing systems that require a bit of care. We’ve taken great care to ensure the home is clean, comfortable, and fully guest-ready—while preserving the character that makes it special. If you’re looking for a brand-new home, this may not be the best fit, but if you appreciate charm and a unique stay, you’ll feel right at home. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
