Indoor space was adequate and clean. Both bathrooms are upstairs which is ok but not ideal. Both bedrooms upstairs were good for sleeping and views. The outdoor space on the first floor was ideal for just hanging out with the added feature of a plunge pool. The temperature of the pool was about 75 degrees never got to the 85 advertized. Overall, a solid place to stay; has everything you need in a great location.

The condo is perfect for a family of 4. All the amenities, very clean and great location between Key Largo and Key West. We were very pleased with this rental- highly recommend it.

Home itself was very nice and accommodating. 2 large issues we had, first was the hot tub was green and not usable for the 4 days we had. This was one of the focal points we were interested in having and were unable to use it. Our second must have was a place for boat parking, we called 3 times to ensure we had a spot for the boat and were told each time its allowed and even in the paper work was stated we can, which wasnt the case. On our second day we had an older gentleman that lived across the canal record us pulling in, yelling at us, filming us without our consent, and threatening us to have our boat towed. We lost a whole day trying to find accommodations to move the boat to prevent legal issues from him. He stated how hes tired of people parking their boats there (which is completely across the canal and not near his property) and had interesting remarks for non english speakers. We finally had to take time from our stay to speak to him in person only to be told he had sent the video to his HOA group chat which is ridiculous that me, my girlfriend and friend are now being viewed by who knows how many others. Biting our tongues to prevent a worsening situation and be able to have the boat another day was tough. I know this isnt directly on the home itself, but there needs to be more clear directions on boat rights as we had nothing else we can do and largely left a sour taste for the stay. Renters should be aware of the seemingly personal vandeta the surrounding locals have for visitors.

Perfect get away with activities and dining a short ride away. We enjoyed cooking dinners and relaxing in the dip pool. The unit is also in a great location within the complex. Near the end.
