The house is located on a quiet street just a minute away from the grocery stores and a few minutes away from Sombrero Beach. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The house is located on the canal and we managed to catch a few fish there during the week. The screened in porch overlooking the canal was a huge hit for morning coffee and evening drinks. Definitely needed if the wind is not blowing because the no-see-ums will find any inch of uncovered skin by the canal. The house is located near the turtle hospital and near many of the restaurants. It's about a fifteen minute trip to Seven Mile Bridge and twenty minute trip to Bahia Honda State Park (highly recommend). The house is plenty big enough for two families and there is good parking space underneath the house.

The location is perfect. Close to great restaurants, grocery stores, sombrero beach is just a short drive. Saw Msnatees in the canal and also dolphins. Pool was a plus, and the large screened in porch nice to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.

Loved the location and that the house was nice, but not too fancy where you felt like you're on eggshells trying not to upset the delicate decor or displays. The kitchen was pretty well adorned, knives could use an upgrade. My grandson lived the pool and the canal access was great for our boat. Plenty of towels and starter soaps. Advised the property manager to take a look at the pocket doors throughout the house because some members of the family really struggled with them and some were not in great shape. Excellent value for the price!

Fantastic home. Modern decor with a beach y homey feel. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable, AC was strong. Home had everything our family needed. Plenty of space to gather and enjoy, and then retreat back to privacy. The pool was clean, the driveway has sufficient parking. Home was easy to find and get to. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The kitchen has everything you could need. 10/10 would stay here again!
