The apartment was just as expected from the description and pictures. It's in a great location for walking to the entire old town. Having parking on site was a big plus. Check in and out instructions were thorough and timely.

Good: Lots of hot water showers. Cold A/C. Great location. Comfortable bed and fold out coach. No bugs. Bad: Gaps in windows and walls big enough for mice to climb thru. No lock on bathroom door. Gaps around outside doors. Place was comfortable but a little in need of some TLC.

Unit was on the 2nd floor of a multi-unit house just a block away from Duval Street and very close to the free on/off bus to take you everywhere you want to go. Staying here made Key West very walkable. Parking was very convenient on site. Location is surrounded by palm trees and lush foliage that gives the 'old Florida' feel. Would definitely stay here again.
