Location was fantastic and great neighborhood and people. I'd rather deal directly with a homeowner than a rental service personally but it was our first time. I truly would love to rent this home again. Huge dock with fish cleaning station for the fisherman. Absolutely quiet at night to just relax and dip in the pool. Spacious parking and Absolutely HUGE shower in the master bathroom. I can't say enough good about the amenities even with 1 bad.

This home has most everything you need, including tons of space. The house has plenty of towels including beach towels. Kitchen is fully loaded and with the exception of a Keurig I cant think of a thing we needed and couldn't find. From Pool toys to shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a fan in the closet for those of you that need the noise to sleep. We didn't get to see any manatees, but caught a few fish from the dock, plenty of pelicans and seagulls hanging around. The cabana club was a nice bonus for a colder, bigger pool and lounge spot on a small private beach. (you can't take any food or drinks in with you, FYI) One thing, if you get cold take you own blankets. Tons of spare pillows but no extra blankets. One nice thing I appreciate was left over supplies like seasoning and coffee filters. Nice to not have to purchase for a week.

We had a group of 10 stay in this home and it was the perfect size for us. There were enough areas to have privacy if needed, the kitchen was fully stocked, bait freezer worked great and the beds were comfortable. My only suggestion is they get a standing vacuum vs a handheld and get an actual mop. Those were my only requests! Everything else was wonderful.
