Saylor's Bay

The location and comfort of Vacasa was so awesome. We enjoyed every aspect of the place! It’s a very laid back cozy unassuming atmosphere that offered relaxation and a fun place to share with friends. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing from the pier. Thanks for a wonderful place to spend time with our traveling buddies!!

I really loved the location of this home, the size (3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms!). I loved having the dock, as it made it easy for us to rent a boat and not worry about where to keep it. The cleaning could be improved (hair, dust, and left behind items from past guests under furniture) and there is no dining table, so if it's more than 2 people eating together you have nowhere to sit together unless you go outside. There is some damage to the floors (water damage maybe?) where the LVP is cracked and lifted and creates a trip hazard. The bedrooms are large and spacious with plenty of storage and closet space. Having a washer and dryer is great - we didn't have any issues getting it to work as a past guest mentioned. We loved having the mini-split air conditioners so we could keep each room at the temp we wanted, and didn't have to run it until we needed it. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and will likely return to this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage on the lagoon! The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable, each with its own individual AC unit and controls. The back deck was perfect for enjoying dinner with a beautiful view. We loved the added bonus of kayaks and bikes for the kids. Easy access to the dock made bringing our boat a breeze, with fuel conveniently close by (note: no parking for a boat trailer). Communication with the management company was fast and efficient through text for any questions or issues. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing waterfront getaway!

House is very clean and nicely furnished. Decorated even nicer than the pictures looked. Lots of seating outside, more than in the pictures. Dock was nice, a little hard to get in kayaks from the dock. It’s about a 2 foot drop at high tide. Saw lots of marine life from the back porch even a manatee and a school of dolphins Four nice ocean kayaks and two bikes for use. Bikes were a little rusty, but good enough to get you to the local restaurants. Four nice local restaurants within walking distance, would stay here again.

We enjoyed spending time on the patio! The home is very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and the view is amazing!
