Executive Bay Club Condo M-1

My husband and I love the unit we were in. Very clean and updated. The pool and beach are very close.

Well, to start, we were given an incorrect code to get into the unit. We were fortunate that our plane was delayed so we arrived the next afternoon instead of 2:00 AM, tired and unable to enter the unit. It was an unacceptable wait to have access to the unit. After being there for about a week, the coffee maker stopped working. We rang Vacasa repeatedly and after about 5 calls were told "it's a new coffee maker" Not acceptable. It didn't work. Finally a few days later we walked into the unit and there was a new coffee maker on the floor in the entry. Still in the box. No one contacted us once with this matter. The downstairs toilet ran the entire duration of our trip. After several calls, someone finally came, looked at it but never followed up. We finally found someone who fixed it. However, it only lasted for a day or two so we decided to live with it. What a waste of water. The front sliding door does not lock. The can opener is broken, So, don't buy anything in a can that needs to be opened.. We never found any beach chairs that are listed in the ad, maybe the last guest took them. Our main reason for choosing this unit was the beach and the dock. Both not usable during most of our 28 days. The dock was being rebuilt and the beach was dug up for a fire hydrant installation. If we had known this we never would have chosen this complex. The unit needs some light bulbs replaced. We have no idea who our "trip manager" was, they never returned any of our calls. On some minor observations, there could be some pot holders and the top to the little food processor was missing. While cooking pasta the pasta utensil top fell off.

Executive Bay Condo is a nice condo. Location is near the pool and pickleball courts which was convenient for us. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linens. So, the negatives are as follows: Both slider screens on the first floor did not work. Patio slider (one was completely missing and the other one would not stay on tracks and jammed). Front slider was completely jammed and inoperable. Dishwasher did not work. Vacasa was able to get a repair person in to fix on the last day of our visit. Vacasa did make a financial adjustment due to the inconvenience. Patio cushions did not go with furniture. Also after a rain, they had to be propped up to drain the water from them.

The location is great next to Founders Park. Great restaurants and outdoor activities kayaking, fishing, sightseeing
