The connection is suitable for streaming television, movies through phones and computers, as well as Zoom meetings, etc. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. NO FIRES ALLOWED, during May-October. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle; 2 vehicles upon request. This home is comprised of two unites with a shared wall. Only one unit is available through VACASA (back house). The front unit is not rented, and at times owner occupied. This property is managed by Vacasa New Mexico LLC. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
