Location is great. Super easy for us to walk our kiddos over to the ski school each morning. Kitchen small appliances either didn’t work (griddle) or leaked everywhere (coffee pot). There are stairs in the unit - not an issue for us mobility wise, but we have a mobile toddler and needed a baby gate to keep him from falling down the stairs. We typically travel with one when needed, but since it wasn’t in the condo listing there were stairs, I didn’t bring it. We were unprepared. Just mentioning it here in case anyone else has a similar situation and they can bring their own. The TV was also not as advertised in the listing. There was no cable box (as described in the listing) or dish network (as listed in the guide book in the unit). A VCR, DVD, player and stereo was all that was there. So the TV is pretty much worthless unless you bring these. Since I stayed in the condo all day with our toddler while the rest of the family skied, it wasn’t ideal. Overall a nice stay, but there were so many little things (chipping paint on the window seal, not enough toilet paper, etc), that they really started to add up and take away from the trip.

Non smart TV is not connected to service as advertised. Pullout couch can't be slept on and the old coffee pot needs to be replaced.
