Assigned covered parking is available for one car. First-come, first-serve parking may also be available in the complimentary ski resort lot, a short walk away. This rental does not have air-conditioning and is located on the lower level (down one flight of stairs). THE LOCATION The lifts are just a 5-minute walk from your front door. In warmer months, stroll the Bull of the Woods Trail (450’ away), which winds its way to beautiful Wheeler Peak -- the highest point in New Mexico. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
